From The developer:
Michael: Thank you for your inquiry! Please go to our website, http://www.serene-hills.com, for detailed information on the project, a 456 acre restricted development annexed into the City of Lakeway. We have just completed construction on the first 68 lots for custom homes with 338 single family lots planned. The community is restricted to larger lots zoned for 80 front feet and 10,000 square feet minimum. Even larger 100 front foot lots are also available in the first phase. No front entry garages are allowed and the project is restricted to only 25% impervious cover, yielding acres of preserve land and remarkable views for home owners. Only 114 acres of the 456 acre original tract will be developed inclusive of the commercial and HEB Grocery tract @ SH 71 entry. Most of the lots are about 1/3 of an acre and homes will start in the $500,000 range. 1 acre, or larger estate lots might be offered in the last phase of the development. Three builders have been selected to build here, contacts as follows: Sitterle Homes, Brian Shields #512-415-5506; Brohn Homes, Adam Boenig #512-320-8833 and Bellaheim Homes, Gary Liardon #512-663-3641. All 3 builders are custom home builders and several custom homes are already designed, sold and waiting for building permits. We encourage interested parties to contact the builders selected to build in the development due to architectural control. We are available to help you in any manner and would be happy to show you the project @ anytime. My regards, Douglas Hunter
